The Platform is owned by DEV ART, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 1 Floor, A-6, GALA 106, Babosa Industrial Park, Mumbai Nashik Highway NH-3, Saravali, Kharbav Bhiwandi, Bhiwandi, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, privacy policy, or any other applicable laws.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to a force majeure event.
